Mr. Pun is a professional civil engineer with a wealth of knowledge and understanding of Hong Kong's development into a world-class city. He has been credited with being at the forefront of the development of Hong Kong's infrastructure over the past forty years through his intimate involvement with the project management of a wide range of highway, civil, infrastructure, architectural and building, industrial developments works as well as feasibility studies and reviews. These include projects associated with the planning, design and implementation of the complete infrastructure for modern new townships, highways, railways and mass transit system, airports, seaports, industrial estates; sewerages and sewage master plans, water supplies and large building development complexes.
Mr. Pun has demonstrated strong leadership skill and accrued extensive experience in the successful direction, management and implementation of projects both locally and internationally involving major road improvement and ancillary works with complex traffic management/diversion in urban area. He offers special insights to project which results in cost and time saving.
In addition he was the Project Director for numerous highway and infrastructure projects including Lung Cheung Road Improvement, Tai Hang Road Flyover, Stubbs Road Flyover, Upgrade of Connaught Road, Mount Davis Flyover, Smithfield Extension, Water Supply to North Lantau, Water Supply from China Beyond 1994, etc, covering site formation, geotechnical, transport infrastructure, retaining walls, tunnels, drainage and sewerage systems, water supply and utilities as well as Electrical & Mechanical works.

CS Chang is a professional railway system engineer with over 25 years of international project experience. CS possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in the design, installation, testing and commissioning of multi-disciplinary and sophisticated railway systems as well as in the project management of mega size railway projects. Moreover, CS is instrumental in conducting critical reviews on train operation of mass transit railway and light rail with an aim to assess the ergonomic design and technical robustness for both new and existing railways.
CS's career in railway engineering has diversified, leading to involvement in different areas of railway systems engineering and project development. CS has worked for CSEE Transport in Paris to deliver the Automatic Train Supervision system to Hong Kong Island Line. He has worked as the Section Manager (Design) for Mass Transit Railway Corporation, managing all system upgrade projects for one of the busiest railway systems in the world. He has also worked for Kowloon Canton Railway Corporation as Control Systems Manager responsible for the design, project management and on-time commissioning of the West Rail - the largest single railway project in Asia in the last decade.
In addition to his intensive involvement in the railway engineering work, CS has also worked in the IT firm, LSC Systems Limited, as General Manager (Operations) overseeing the sales & marketing and technical support function of the company, which has successfully introduced the first real time expert system development platform to Hong Kong.
